Where available, genuine parts will be used and we ensure all work is carried out professionally. You will be provided with a checklist of work carried out and we will never start extra work without your authority. You will be contacted for authorisation to carry out any additional work that has been identified in the report. We then give you an estimate of the cost of repairs and a timescale.
